Ultimate Integrity Program

What is “Ultimate Integrity”?

Integrity is defined as honesty, ethics, accountability, trustworthiness, and moral principles in your values, words, and actions.

Ultimate Integrity takes this a step further and requires the highest level of honesty, ethics, morals, accountability, and trustworthiness. That means you are always honest without exception. Your accountability means you own your actions and don’t blame others. Your morals are the same wherever you go; and you keep all of your commitments, promises, and agreements.

In any relationship, certain levels of honesty can be difficult. Some individuals may struggle with it more than others for a variety of reasons: trauma, upbringing, acceptance, the list goes on. The mission behind the Ultimate Integrity Program is straightforward: To support the personal growth and integrity of all. In other words, this program was built to provide a helping hand through the difficulties of confronting true honesty — with others, and within oneself; living life with Ultimate Integrity.

The Ultimate Integrity Program is a step-by-step process, guided by a comprehensive ten pillar system (see overview below). Jim has been using this program for more than 15 years and is currently writing a book that brings its approach to life through clear explanations and real-world illustrations. Planned for release in 2026, the book’s purpose is to make Ultimate Integrity easy to understand and accessible to everyone.

The Ten Pillars of Ultimate Integrity

  • It is my purpose, mission, and passion to have integrity at all times.

  • To tell the truth to others at all times.

  • To be honest with myself at all times.

  • To tell the truth with kindness and compassion.

  • I will no longer keep secrets or tell secrets.

I will remove myself from rumors – either listening to or telling rumors about others.

  • I will keep all of my promises, commitments, and agreements.

  • Looking back, I make a moral inventory of my actions where I was lacking “Ultimate Integrity”and make amends.

  • To forgive others and to forgive myself.

  • Ego and pride to be replaced with truth and love.

  • To be an inspiration for others.
